Head of Warehousing & Distribution

📋 Description

• Develop and execute warehousing and distribution strategy.
• Lead warehouse teams across multiple locations.
• Establish KPIs and scorecards for safety, service, inventory, productivity, cost.
• Partner with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics for end-to-end alignment.
• Lead WMS, TMS, automation and data analytics adoption.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA, DOT, ISO).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in multi-site warehousing or logistics leadership.
• Proven track record leading multi-site warehousing operations and improvements.
• Experience with WMS, TMS and automation technologies.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Travel up to 40% may be required.
• Data-driven with KPI analytics for decisions.
• Inventory management and warehouse design knowledge.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives while managing daily operations.
• Business acumen and change leadership.
