Hunter Douglas is driving a multi-year transformation to modernize its operations, digital backbone, and data-driven decision-making. We’re looking for a top-tier Engagement Manager (ex-MBB or equivalent) who brings the full consulting toolkit—structured problem-solving, analytical rigor, and team leadership—to accelerate impact across commercial, operational, and digital domains.
The expectation is that the individual will stay in role for approximately 2 years and then transition into a line management role (Head of Sales, GM, Divisional head of Finance).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead highly quantitative pricing function (team of 2 data scientists)
- Translate strategic goals into quantified impact targets and track measurable results.
- Lead complex transformation workstreams end-to-end—from diagnostic to design to execution.
- Manage and coach cross-functional teams, including analysts and data scientists, to deliver data-backed insights and implement scalable solutions.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive alignment and ensure delivery of transformation milestones.
- Bring structured, fact-based storytelling to executive forums and decision processes.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years total experience, including top-tier consulting (MBB) at Engagement Manager level or equivalent.
- Proven track record in leading transformation or operational improvement programs.
- Highly quantitative mindset; strong with financial modeling, analytics, and data translation.
- Experience managing data science or analytics teams
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership presence.
