- Support data entry for new hires and org changes in HRIS (Wurk).
- Respond to inquiries on policies, benefits, hiring, and verifications.
- Own onboarding: send offer letters and coordinate background checks.
- Maintain onboarding in Greenhouse and review documents for accuracy.
- Manage and audit employee files for accuracy and compliance.
- Process unemployment claims, terminations, severance, and org changes.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience across multiple functional areas.
- Strong proficiency in Word and Excel; experience with HRIS, HR ticketing, and DocuSign.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with discretion for sensitive matters.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic familiarity with federal and state employment laws and compliance practices preferred.
