🎯 Requirements
- Education: Associate’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years HR experience.
- Experience: 3+ years data entry experience.
- Skills: Detail-oriented with high-volume data entry.
- Skills: MS Office 365 proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Skills: HRIS experience; Colleague HRIS preferred.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Skills: Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
- Skills: Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Core Competencies: Technical HRIS data mgmt; data accuracy; troubleshooting; collaboration.
