Build scalable TR processes, tools, playbooks, and documentation for global consistency.
Lead global compensation cycles, benchmarking, salary ranges, and pay structures with TR leadership.
Deliver TR analytics, modeling, and dashboards; Excel-heavy; PowerBI and Python a plus.
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across regions.

🎯 Requirements

5–7+ years in Total Rewards or related field with global program experience.
Strong experience leading compensation cycles or global TR projects.
Advanced Excel/G-Sheets; PowerBI/Python experience is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to influence at senior levels.
Experience with mobility and M&A integration is an advantage.
