- Technical fluency with HRIS and HR tech (Workday, ADP, CultureAmp); strong analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; translate complex processes into simple narratives.
- Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Location: onsite 3 days/week in Bethesda, MD or Waltham, MA; ability to travel.
