  • Design adoption strategies and create clear communications and training materials.
  • Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams to align global initiatives.
  • Oversee program governance and ensure scalable, data-driven execution.

  • 5+ years in HR with program/project management focus.
  • Hybrid mindset with a track record leading cross-functional HR projects in tech.
  • Technical fluency with HRIS and HR tech (Workday, ADP, CultureAmp); strong analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; translate complex processes into simple narratives.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Location: onsite 3 days/week in Bethesda, MD or Waltham, MA; ability to travel.
