  • Technical fluency: HRIS and survey platforms (Workday, ADP, CultureAmp); strong analytics.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: translate complex processes; build consensus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Location: onsite 3 days/week in Bethesda, MD or Waltham, MA.
  • Travel: ability to travel as needed.
