📋 Description

• Lead HR operations processes and improvements
• Manage onboarding, changes, and offboarding
• Coach and develop HR Coordinators and Specialists
• Design and administer efficient, compliant HR workflows
• Serve as a player-coach with hands-on support
• Ensure accurate, timely HR transactions and data

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years supervising HR teams
• HRIS administration experience
• Knowledge of HR records, background checks, I-9s, and employee separations
• Experience implementing HR technology and system enhancements
• California HR knowledge; multi-state experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel
• Ability to manage high-volume HR transactions
• Travel to Cortica centers may be required
