Own and improve core HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, reviews, leaves.
Administer People systems: data integrity and integrations across HRIS/ATS/payroll.
Drive process improvements with cross-functional partners to streamline workflows.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Information Security for compliance and data security.
Create, maintain, and scale documentation for HR processes and SOPs.
Design and deliver People analytics and dashboards to surface workforce trends.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in HR Operations or a related People Operations role.
Experience administering HRIS such as Workday, BambooHR, ADP, UKG, ChartHop, or similar.
Experience using People data and reporting to support operational decisions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience supporting global People operations, including data management and reporting.
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
