๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or a related People Operations role.
- Experience administering HRIS such as Workday, BambooHR, ADP, UKG, ChartHop, or similar.
- Experience using People data and reporting to support operational decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting global People operations, including data management and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
