🎯 Requirements

  • At least five years of progressive HR experience, incl. health benefits and leaves.
  • Experience in a unionized environment required.
  • Expertise supporting a multi-state employee base.
  • Knowledge of ACA, FMLA, COBRA, ERISA, and state laws.
  • Proficiency with Paylocity HRIS, Google Suite, and Excel.
  • Strong written and spoken communication; confidentiality.
