- Experience in a unionized environment required.
- Expertise supporting a multi-state employee base.
- Knowledge of ACA, FMLA, COBRA, ERISA, and state laws.
- Proficiency with Paylocity HRIS, Google Suite, and Excel.
- Strong written and spoken communication; confidentiality.
