Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency with Google Suite; familiarity with HR software a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
