🎯 Requirements

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification at minimum.
  • Solid HR generalist experience in SME, agency or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience advising on employee relations matters.
  • Comfortable acting as primary HR contact within a small business.
  • Experience collaborating with global HR teams.
