📋 Description

  • Oversee onboarding planning and process I-9 paperwork.
  • Manage employee records in HRIS and update files.
  • Coordinate open enrollment communications and benefits.
  • Lead Leave of Absence and ADA accommodations with ADP.
  • Support payroll processes, timesheets, and payouts.
  • Assist with performance management and 30-60-90 day check-ins.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3 years of HR and/or administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Pages/Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • General knowledge of state and local employment laws.
