📋 Description

  • Serve as point of contact for employee questions on HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Support onboarding: new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, training, and system access
  • Coordinate with Payroll on leave, time off, or timecard adjustments
  • Assist with recruiting: screenings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and job postings
  • Manage tracking of new hires through training and other performance lifecycles
  • Maintain accurate HRIS/ATS records; support offboarding tasks

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or related degree
  • 3+ years of Human Resources, recruiting, or other relevant experience
  • Experience with recruiting is preferred
  • Familiarity with ADP and Lever is preferred, or other HRIS and ATS
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and bringing ideas to leadership
