- Serve as point of contact for employee questions on HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Support onboarding: new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, training, and system access
- Coordinate with Payroll on leave, time off, or timecard adjustments
- Assist with recruiting: screenings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and job postings
- Manage tracking of new hires through training and other performance lifecycles
- Maintain accurate HRIS/ATS records; support offboarding tasks
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or related degree
- 3+ years of Human Resources, recruiting, or other relevant experience
- Experience with recruiting is preferred
- Familiarity with ADP and Lever is preferred, or other HRIS and ATS
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and bringing ideas to leadership
