📋 Description

  • Serve as primary contact for North America employees and HR inquiries.
  • Provide timely, friendly benefits support and HR policies guidance.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, changes, and compliance updates.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5 years of HR Generalist/HR Ops/People Ops experience
  • Strong communication and customer-service mindset
  • K​nowledge of US employment law and HR compliance
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR data management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Cross-functional collaboration with HR Ops and HRBPs across regions
