🎯 Requirements
- 2-5 years of HR Generalist/HR Ops/People Ops experience
- Strong communication and customer-service mindset
- Knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR data management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Cross-functional collaboration with HR Ops and HRBPs across regions
