🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field (preferred).
Experience conducting workplace investigations.
Strong interpersonal connections across all levels.
Knowledge of employment and labor laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ADP HRIS experience a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
