๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Main point of contact for day-to-day people relations across NY/NJ staff.
  • Manage on-site HR: onboarding, 30/60/90 day check-ins, employee relations, and engagement.
  • Oversee HR investigations per state, federal, and local laws.
  • Maintain personnel records and payroll data accuracy.
  • Support promotions decisions and progressive discipline; talent development.
  • Foster Nabis culture: engagement, recognition, retention; coordinate with People Team.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years HR experience at sites with 50+ hourly employees; federal/state laws knowledge.
  • Some travel to New Jersey location.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Onsite 5 days per week.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish a plus.
