  • Act as a thought partner to leaders; align people strategy to priorities.

  • Improve engagement, team effectiveness, and leadership capability via cross-functional work.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Org Dev, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 7+ years as Engagement Partner/HRBP in SaaS/tech.
  • Experience owning performance, talent, and workforce planning.
  • Experience partnering with Legal on employer cases.
  • Data-informed decision making and analytics.
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills.
