🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in recruiting, talent management, and learning & development.
- Proven ability to build and implement strategic HR programs.
- Experience with HRIS and talent analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
