  • Maintain HRIS for employee life-cycle processes
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies
  • Serve as onboarding point of contact for new hires and support transitions
  • Ensure employee electronic files are accurate and updated; assist with HR reporting/audits
  • Assist with creation and implementation of HR policies, programs, and processes
  • Provide support to the HR team and deliver core HR services

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ months of administrative experience (internship qualifies)
  • 3.5 GPA or higher
  • 1+ years of intern or professional HR experience
  • Experience using Workday, Greenhouse, and UltiPro is highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
