🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years HR-related experience
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local employment law and compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who can work reliably in a remote setting
  • Experience executing HR processes across HR programs
  • HRIS experience and data accuracy
