📋 Description

  • Act as primary HR contact for day-to-day questions
  • Manage employee benefits: health, HSA, commuter, 401(k)
  • Assist onboarding and offboarding with Recruitment/PD teams
  • Handle documentation for promotions, raises, transfers
  • Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records
  • Create ad-hoc HR reports as needed
  • Support payroll inputs and vendor reconciliation
  • Assist with visa processes
  • Help design and implement HR policies
  • Lead projects as directed by the HR Manager
  • Maintain confidentiality in all HR activities

🎯 Requirements

  • 0-1 year of generalist HR experience or internships
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong GPA (min 3.0) and leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Permanent US work authorization
