  • 5+ years HR experience; ops & HRBP
  • German labor law knowledge; GDPR familiarity
  • Experience managing contracts, payroll inputs, and files
  • Balance day-to-day operations with strategic partnering
  • Fluent in German and English; strong communication
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office; HR systems
