🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years HR experience, supporting senior executives (VP+/C-suite preferred)
- Influence senior leaders on org design, talent strategy, and transformation
- Strong business acumen; connect people strategies to outcomes
- Deep knowledge of HR, employment law, and best practices
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and change
- Excellent communication and executive presence; influence at all levels
