- 5+ years HRBP/generalist experience supporting hourly employees.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance best practices.
- Experience coaching new and junior managers and handling basic employee relations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience in pharmacy/healthcare settings or hyper-growth startups preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
