Human Resources Business Partner

📋 Description

• Respond to employee inquiries; guide on employee relations and performance management.
• Partner with staff and leaders on workforce analytics and leadership development.
• Collaborate with HR on recruiting, training, compensation, and benefits programs.
• Counsel employees and managers guided by policies and laws.
• Facilitate internal transfers, promotions, exit interviews, and retention trends.
• Work with managers to implement key HR recommendations and change efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering/production/manufacturing HR experience supporting exempt/hourly workers.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, UltiPro, and/or Workday.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience independently handling employee relations issues.
• Relocation to Hawthorne, CA required; not remote; extended hours may be needed.
