  • Serve as primary on-site HR contact for employees, managers, and site leadership
  • Onboard, handle relations, performance, benefits, and offboarding
  • Partner with HR to implement policies and align site with company standards
  • Support leaders with day-to-day people management, coaching, and engagement
  • Establish and improve site HR processes, workflows, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

  • BS in HR or Business Administration, or relevant experience preferred
  • 6+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • Experience drafting policies, payroll, and annual benefits enrollment
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with some guidance to set and drive objectives
  • Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing; comfortable with 24/7 operations
