π― Requirements

- 6+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Experience drafting policies, payroll, and annual benefits enrollment
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with some guidance to set and drive objectives
- Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing; comfortable with 24/7 operations
