🎯 Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent field (preferred)
- At least 3 years HR experience, including team member relations, labor relations, performance management, and recruitment (preferred)
- SHRM-CP or PHR (preferred)
- Proficient in HRIS systems (UKG Ready), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, collaboration, and communication skills
