  • Solid foundation in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and influence.
  • Connect business needs to practical people solutions; develop business acumen.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Experience supporting growth, scale, or organizational change preferred.
