π― Requirements
- 5β8 years HR experience, including HRBP or HR Generalist.
- Partner with managers and mid-level leaders in fast-paced environments.
- Solid foundation in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and influence.
- Connect business needs to practical people solutions; develop business acumen.
- Comfort with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting growth, scale, or organizational change preferred.
