🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years HR Generalist or Business Partner experience in a high-output role.
  • Strong Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables.
  • Proven ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including negotiation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information and interact with clients.
