  • Independently manage day-to-day HR for CA sites (LA/Oakland)
  • Oversee onboarding, training, ER, engagement, LOA/FMLA/ADA/Workers' comp
  • Lead HR investigations per state, federal, and local laws
  • Oversee OSHA reporting and contribute to safety committee
  • Maintain payroll and personnel records with full accuracy
  • Ensure payroll/benefits reflect employee status changes

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years HR at a site with 50+ hourly employees; strong labor-law knowledge
  • LA or Oakland hub; light travel to other CA site
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Must be 21+ years old
  • On-site 5 days per week
  • Highly organized
