- Independently manage day-to-day HR for CA sites (LA/Oakland)
- Oversee onboarding, training, ER, engagement, LOA/FMLA/ADA/Workers' comp
- Lead HR investigations per state, federal, and local laws
- Oversee OSHA reporting and contribute to safety committee
- Maintain payroll and personnel records with full accuracy
- Ensure payroll/benefits reflect employee status changes

- 5+ years HR at a site with 50+ hourly employees; strong labor-law knowledge
- LA or Oakland hub; light travel to other CA site
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Must be 21+ years old
- On-site 5 days per week
- Highly organized
