📋 Description

• On-site HRBP for NY sites (Rochester, Bronx) with ~50 employees.
• Partner with People and Ops to align goals with day-to-day People Team work.
• Proactive in efficiency, risk management, engagement, and talent development.
• Provide best-in-class HR experience, full-cycle People Relations services.
• On-site at Woodlake, CA warehouse.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years HR leadership at a site with 50+ hourly employees
• Sunday-Thursday shift in Woodlake, 5:00 PM–1:00 AM
• MS Office proficiency
• Onsite 5 days/week
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; high EQ
