  • Act as primary HR contact for day-to-day questions from employees
  • Administer self-funded benefits programs including health, HSA, 401(k), LOA, COBRA
  • Lead Open Enrollment communications, system configuration, and audits
  • Manage the self-funded health plan with TPAs and brokers
  • Prepare and maintain benefits reports and payroll inputs
  • Support ACA, EEO-1, HIPAA compliance and related audits

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years HR generalist/HR Operations or Benefits Administration
  • Bachelor's degree with strong GPA (3.3+)
  • Experience with open enrollment, communications, setup, and reconciliation
  • Familiarity with self-funded health plans, TPAs, brokers
  • Knowledge of ACA/ERISA/COBRA/HIPAA/Section 125
  • U.S. permanent work authorization
