Act as primary HR contact for day-to-day questions from employees
Administer self-funded benefits programs including health, HSA, 401(k), LOA, COBRA
Lead Open Enrollment communications, system configuration, and audits
Manage the self-funded health plan with TPAs and brokers
Prepare and maintain benefits reports and payroll inputs
Support ACA, EEO-1, HIPAA compliance and related audits

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years HR generalist/HR Operations or Benefits Administration
Bachelor's degree with strong GPA (3.3+)
Experience with open enrollment, communications, setup, and reconciliation
Familiarity with self-funded health plans, TPAs, brokers
Knowledge of ACA/ERISA/COBRA/HIPAA/Section 125
U.S. permanent work authorization
