- Act as primary HR contact for day-to-day questions from employees

- Lead Open Enrollment communications, system configuration, and audits
- Manage the self-funded health plan with TPAs and brokers
- Prepare and maintain benefits reports and payroll inputs
- Support ACA, EEO-1, HIPAA compliance and related audits
π― Requirements
- 1-3 years HR generalist/HR Operations or Benefits Administration
- Bachelor's degree with strong GPA (3.3+)
- Experience with open enrollment, communications, setup, and reconciliation
- Familiarity with self-funded health plans, TPAs, brokers
- Knowledge of ACA/ERISA/COBRA/HIPAA/Section 125
- U.S. permanent work authorization
