📋 Description

  • Investigate and manage all disciplinary matters escalated to the HR Department.
  • Conduct investigatory interviews.
  • Create investigation reports for disciplinary hearings.
  • Provide representation for the company during disciplinary matters as needed.
  • Identify and proactively resolve issues within the company.
  • Investigate and manage grievances; monitor the grievance distro daily.

🎯 Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in HRM/IR.
  • Specialized training in industrial relations is ideal.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and oral communication; ability to produce reports.
