🎯 Requirements

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and ATS systems (Rippling, Ashby preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience with benefits administration and leave management processes.
