📋 Description

  • Support core HR programs and processes; ensure positive employee experience.
  • Administer benefits programs (health, 401(k), FSA, wellness).
  • Conduct compensation analysis using market data; support merit planning.
  • Maintain confidential HRIS data in compliance with laws.
  • Manage employee lifecycle transactions with Payroll and IT.
  • Administer leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, state/company leaves).

🎯 Requirements

  • 5 years of HR exp with a Bachelor's, or 3 years with a Master’s.
  • Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and ATS systems (Rippling, Ashby preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience with benefits administration and leave management processes.
