- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
- 5+ years HRBP experience.
- HRCI/SHRM designation preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable Federal/State laws and compliance.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, recruiting software.
- Ability to balance priorities and manage multiple projects.

- Base salary range: $95,000 - $120,000.
- Bonus target: 20%.
