Human Capital - Payroll Operations (EMEA) - Analyst

📋 Description

• End-to-end payroll processing for EMEA regions
• Work in EMEA time zones to support regional teams
• Coordinate payroll demographics, maternity, sick leave, and benefits
• Document payroll processes to ensure regulatory compliance
• Forecast cash requirements with Treasury to fund payroll
• Assist Accounting with payroll journal entries and reconciliations

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years payroll experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Hands-on payroll processing across multiple countries
• Exposure to European or Middle Eastern markets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
