End-to-end Payroll Processing for APAC regions
Coordinate payroll demographics, maternity, sick leave, pension, and benefits with HR/vendor teams
Document payroll processes to ensure accuracy and local compliance
Identify process improvements and drive efficiency
Respond to employees and vendors on payroll questions promptly
Collaborate with Treasury to forecast cash needs and fund payroll on time

🎯 Requirements

2-3 years payroll experience
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Hands-on payroll processing across multiple countries
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
