- Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of US employee benefits and wellness experience.
- Able to work in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Strong project management, autonomy, and confidentiality.
- HIPAA training or willingness to complete upon hire.
- Experience with HRIS/Workday and benefits vendors.
