  • Assist Americas benefits programs and US Open Enrollment.
  • Contribute to benefits communications and governance improvements.

  • Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of US employee benefits and wellness experience.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • Strong project management, autonomy, and confidentiality.
  • HIPAA training or willingness to complete upon hire.
  • Experience with HRIS/Workday and benefits vendors.
