📋 Description

  • Reconcile global benefits invoices across the US, EMEA and APAC.
  • Partner with Finance and Payroll to support accruals and payments.
  • Maintain eligibility files and enrollment data across systems.
  • Perform data audits for hires and changes to ensure accuracy.
  • Support audits by gathering documentation and maintaining control records.
  • Assist with enrollment cycles and invoice checks.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years in benefits admin, HR ops, or related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and handling large data sets.
  • Experience with HRIS such as Workday is a plus.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country benefits administration.
