๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Support day-to-day administration of Equity Award Program: data, grants, valuations
  • Prepare reporting for semi-annual share delivery and employee trading windows
  • Maintain equity database integrity and accurate recordkeeping
  • Prepare and reconcile quarterly and custom equity reports
  • Respond to auditors and Finance for quarterly reviews and SOX compliance
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and communications across the Human Capital team

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3-5 years stock plan administration at a global public company
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency with equity administration platform
  • Experience with administering non-US equity plans (preferred)
  • Strong analytical abilities; highly organized; discretion
  • Excel skills; Workday a plus
