- Support day-to-day administration of compensation programs and data in the compensation system.
- Lead year-end compensation planning: respond to requests, conduct analysis, and data audits.
- Build complex Excel models to support compensation initiatives.

- Respond to ad-hoc reporting across HC, Finance, DE&I, and LP due diligence.
- Collaborate with HRIS to enhance reporting and data accuracy.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of compensation experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Strong MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with large qualitative and quantitative data
- Ability to manage heavy workloads and prioritize multiple projects
- Self-starter with high energy and ability to work independently
