  • Support day-to-day administration of compensation programs and data in the compensation system.
  • Lead year-end compensation planning: respond to requests, conduct analysis, and data audits.
  • Build complex Excel models to support compensation initiatives.
  • Coordinate annual compensation benchmarking and analyses.
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting across HC, Finance, DE&I, and LP due diligence.
  • Collaborate with HRIS to enhance reporting and data accuracy.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of compensation experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
  • Strong MS Office with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills with large qualitative and quantitative data
  • Ability to manage heavy workloads and prioritize multiple projects
  • Self-starter with high energy and ability to work independently
