Support day-to-day administration of compensation programs and data in the compensation system.
Lead year-end compensation planning: respond to requests, conduct analysis, and data audits.
Build complex Excel models to support compensation initiatives.
Coordinate annual compensation benchmarking and analyses.
Respond to ad-hoc reporting across HC, Finance, DE&I, and LP due diligence.
Collaborate with HRIS to enhance reporting and data accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

2 to 5 years of compensation experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
Strong MS Office with advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical skills with large qualitative and quantitative data
Ability to manage heavy workloads and prioritize multiple projects
Self-starter with high energy and ability to work independently
