π― Requirements
- 8β10 years HR generalist experience in a global financial services firm.
- Finance team experience preferred.
- Strong client focus with sound judgment and influencing skills.
- Curious, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent execution and project management; highly organized.
- Able to manage multiple processes across functions.
- Strong Excel skills; proficient with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIFS.
- HRIS experience, preferably Workday.
