- ~15+ years HR generalist experience at a global financial services firm.
- Experience supporting multi-functional, mid-sized populations in a matrixed global org.
- Knowledge of IAF/SEAR/Fitness and Probity compliance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience partnering with COEs and operating within a global HR function.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to balance strategy with operations.
