Validate headcount, premium accuracy, and vendor discrepancies.
Collaborate with Finance and Payroll for accruals and timely payments.
Maintain eligibility/enrollment data syncing Workday, payroll, and vendor reports.
Run data audits for hires and leavers to ensure deduction accuracy.
Prepare benefit cost analytics to support budgeting and forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or equivalent.
2-4 years in billing and invoicing, finance operations or analytics.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail in financial reconciliation.
Proficiency in Excel and handling large data sets.
