🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth startups.
- Comfortable recruiting across technical, creative, operational, and leadership roles.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation; multi-role management.
- Proficient with ATS (Greenhouse or similar) and basic reporting.
- Excellent collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
- Experience with contractor/hiring in US/Canada/LatAm is a plus.
