📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for technical, creative, ops, and leadership roles.
  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
  • Partner with Director of Finance & Administration on onboarding and HR ops.
  • Maintain ATS data and candidate experience.
  • Coordinate onboarding for US/Canada hires, including contractors.
  • Ensure timely, respectful communication with candidates and managers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth startups.
  • Comfortable recruiting across technical, creative, operational, and leadership roles.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation; multi-role management.
  • Proficient with ATS (Greenhouse or similar) and basic reporting.
  • Excellent collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience with contractor/hiring in US/Canada/LatAm is a plus.
