- 2+ years HubSpot experience, primarily in Sales/Marketing Hub; Service Hub a plus
- Ability to work independently and think through complex problems
- Strong attention to detail; QA your own work
- Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort switching between multiple clients and projects daily
- Experience creating training materials or SOPs is a plus
