- Hours/Location: Onsite in Boise; rotating and fixed shifts.
π― Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2+ years customer service or inbound call center experience.
- Relevant industry experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Active Idaho Pharmacy Technician license or Training license with Idaho Board of Pharmacy.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex software.
