Perform patient outreach for enrollment, benefits coordination, financial assistance, and delivery.
Provide patient care to support pharma programs; triage to a pharmacist when required.
Place outbound calls to resolve issues with patients, doctors and insurers.
Document all call information and data per operating procedures.
Escalate issues through proper channels to meet patient needs.
Hours/Location: Onsite in Boise; rotating and fixed shifts.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2+ years customer service or inbound call center experience.
Relevant industry experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Active Idaho Pharmacy Technician license or Training license with Idaho Board of Pharmacy.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex software.
