Oversee daily hub operations; assist partner drivers with onboarding and issues
Prepare and update daily performance reports; monitor attendance and productivity
Assist onboarding of partner drivers and coordinate with relevant teams
Plan and execute offsite onboarding events and driver engagement activities
Ensure procedures and regulations are followed; escalate issues to management
Recommend process improvements to hub operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and performance analysis
Detail-oriented; able to follow established processes and guidelines
Lead/supervisory experience for at least 1 year
Self-starter mindset and able to collaborate with different teams
Good communication and reporting skills
Willingness to work and travel in North Caloocan and to other satellite offices
