Ensure site maintains audit-ready compliance with HSE standards.
Execute environmental programs (air, storm water, wastewater, spill control).
Manage hazardous waste in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regs.
Deploy site HSE programs to position the site as best-in-class.
Deliver training to establish understanding of HSE expectations.
Investigate HSE incidents to root cause and prevent recurrence.

🎯 Requirements

BS in science (engineering/safety/IH) preferred.
3–5 years’ safety/environment exp in manufacturing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Cross-functional collaboration across departments.
Knowledge of GMP and food manufacturing preferred.
Hazard recognition, behavioral safety, and JHA exp desired.
